INCOME TAX RETURN FOR THE TAX YEAR 2017
Submission of Income Tax Return
The deadline for the electronic submission through the TaxisNet System of the Income Tax Return for Companies (Form T.D.4) for the tax year 2017 and the Income Tax Return (Form T.D.1 ACC) for physical persons preparing audited financial statements for the tax year 2017 is 31 March 2019.
Failure to submit the relevant Income Tax Returns within the statutory deadline will result an automatic fixed penalty of €100.
