ANNUAL COMPANY FEE 2019
Payment deadline
According to the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver, the payment of the annual fee of three hundred and fifty euro (€350) for the year 2019, is payable until 30 June 2019.
Payments after 30 June 2019, will be subject to the following penalties:
- €385 if the levy paid between 1/7/2019 - 30/08/2019
- €490 if the levy paid between 1/9/2019 - 30/11/2019
- €500 if the levy paid later than 30/11/2019
Payments will be executed from JCCSmart website https://www.jccsmart.com/ or through the Cashier of the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver.
Non-payment of the annual fee may result the deregistration (strike off) of the company from the Registry. The reinstatement of the company to the Registry can be effected only through Court Decree.
