Deadline for payment of the second instalment

Following our Newsletter 35 we would like to kindly remind you that the deadline for the payment of the second instalment of the provisional tax for the year 2019 is by 31st December 2019.

If any instalments are not paid within the prescribed date, interest is charged at a rate of 2% per annum from the original due date (imposed on a complete month basis) plus penalty/fine 5%.

Revised computations can only be submitted at the Tax Department by the 31 December 2019.

Moreover, we would like to inform you that payments can only be made through the JCC Smart electronic portal https://www.jccsmart.com/.
