ANNUAL COMPANY FEE 2021
Payment deadline
According to the Cyprus Company Law, Cap. 113 all Cyprus Companies are subject to an annual goverment levy of € 350.
The payment of the annual fee of € 350 for the year 2021, is payable until 30 June 2021.
Non-payment of the annual government levy, will result in penalties and the de-registration (strike off) of the company from the Registry of Cyprus Companies.The reinstatement of a Cyprus company to the Registry can be affected only through Court Order.
